I put this first because I’m assuming you’re more interested in this than my bio. What Ales Ya? is my attempt to have a project going so I don’t lose my marbles. My current posting schedule is hopefully going to be as follows.

Week 3: Mocktail
Week 4: Beer Showcase
Each week I’ll post the recipe and the process behind the cocktails and mocktails that I’m developing. And once a month there will be a feature on whatever homebrew beer or cider I’m working on at the time. Each week I’ll also talk about news and places that I go that are related to the blog.
